Orders are generally processed after successful payment confirmation.

Orders may require additional processing time during weekends, public holidays, sales or periods of high order volume.

2. Shipping Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • House/Flat/Office Number

  • Building/Street

  • Area

  • City

  • State

  • PIN Code

  • Valid Mobile Number

ModernMobile.in will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on the destination and courier service.

Typical delivery may take approximately 3–7 business days, but actual delivery time can vary.

Remote locations may require additional time.

4. Shipping Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier operational issues

  • Public holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • High order volumes

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

5. Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please take photographs/videos of the package before opening it.

If the product inside is damaged, contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Order number

  • Product photographs

  • Packaging photographs

  • Unboxing video, if available

Return Policy

6. Return Eligibility

A return or replacement may be accepted when the product is:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Defective

  • Incorrect product received

  • Different from the product ordered

7. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse

  • Products showing signs of intentional damage

  • Incorrect mobile model selected by the customer

  • Products that have been used extensively

  • Products returned without original packaging where packaging is required

  • Change-of-mind requests, where applicable

8. Return Approval

All return requests are subject to verification.

Customers may be required to provide photographs or videos of the product and packaging before a return or replacement is approved.

9. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damaged product or incorrect product supplied by us, we may arrange or reimburse eligible return shipping according to our return process.

For other approved returns, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.

10. Replacement

Where applicable, an eligible product may be replaced with the same or an equivalent product, subject to stock availability.

If the replacement product is unavailable, an eligible refund may be provided.
