How to Request a Return

  • Product Name

  • Reason for Return

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Unboxing video, if available

Step 2 – Verification

Our team will review the information provided and may request additional photographs or videos to verify the issue.

Step 3 – Return Approval

If the return request is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return process.

Please do not send the product back without receiving return instructions from our team.

Step 4 – Product Inspection

Once the returned product is received, it may be inspected to confirm the reported issue.

Step 5 – Replacement or Refund

Depending on the situation and product availability, we may provide:

  • Replacement of the product, or

  • Refund of the eligible amount

Important Return Conditions

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The wrong mobile model was selected by the customer.

  • The product has been damaged through misuse.

  • The product has been modified or intentionally damaged.

  • The return request is submitted after the applicable return period.

  • The product cannot be verified as being purchased from ModernMobile.in.

Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product different from the one ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review the order and arrange an eligible replacement or refund as applicable.

Damaged Product

If your product arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the package and product immediately.

An unboxing video can also help us verify damage that occurred during transit.
